Hi, beauties! Welcome to my corner of the web.  I am so happy that you are here… I feel like we are best friends already.  This is a place where we can openly discuss all things beauty, fashion, makeup, and anything that sparkles. If you are brand new to my page and know absolutely nothing about me, I want to change that.

Let’s start with how I started blogging and what inclined me to join the world of social media. I started wearing makeup in the 6th grade. When I say makeup, I mean my mom let me wear the mascara in the pink and green tube (you know that one I’m talking about) and light brown eyeshadow. I didn’t know what I was doing but I thought I knew it all.  Fast forward to high school when it was so cool to only wear black eyeshadow and THICK eyeliner. Yes, I was that girl. I was absolutely terrible at makeup but thought I was something of a makeup artist. When I graduated high school, went to college, and married the man of my dreams I started paying more attention to my makeup, watching tutorials, and practicing night after night. I soon became more confident in my skill and started practicing makeup for wedding and special occasions. I wanted to show my work through Instagram so I started a “makeup instagram page”. At this point I had two Instagram pages, one for makeup and one for every day life. Did I mention I also LOVE fashion? Take a look at my Instagram page today and you’ll see what I mean. I realized that I was spending time posting makeup to one page and fashion to the other but I wanted to combine them. I decided to pay more attention to my everyday account and combine my two loves. I started getting question about hair, makeup, fashion, etc so I thought back to a blog where you can dump all of the information and easily converse with those that are interested in the same topics. Therefore, tannermann.com was born. Ta da!

Here we are, almost four years later and I learn more and more every single day. Aside from how my blog was born, I am married to my high school sweetheart, I am a first time mom to the love of my life, Zander Can Mann. I am also the mother to an 8 lb Yorkie-Poo, Mia, I love Netflix (mainly How I Met Your Mother), Chocolate, going to the beach, and spending time with my family. I don’t really have any hidden talents, I wish. I did take Piano lessons as a child and quit because I hated going. Biggest regret of my life thus far. Lol I was born on Halloween so naturally it is my favorite holiday. I have 5 brothers and 2 sisters. If I were on a deserted island and could only take 3 makeup items with me they would be: bronzer, brows, and concealer. I think that about covers it.
